One ruling from Wizards of the Coast
- 4 April 2025You don’t have to choose a target for Heritage Reclamation if you choose its third mode. However, if you do, and that target is illegal at the time Heritage Reclamation tries to resolve, it won’t resolve and none of its effects will happen. You won’t draw a card.
